Dom João IV, 278, 4814-501 – Guimarães (Portugal), with N.P.C.: 516742620 and hereinafter, HUWAU), hereby informs you that the personal data voluntarily provided to you by internet users (hereinafter, the User or Users) through the various forms to contract the services offered on the https://huwautravel.com website (hereinafter, the Site) will be included and processed in the files owned by HUWAU under its responsibility, in order to be able to contact Users, manage requests for the provision of services as well as respond to any query that may be made. This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by HUWAU, including, as the case may be, the downloadable Application on your compatible mobile device.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to make known how HUWAU obtains, processes and protects personal data through the Website, so that Users who use the Website and/or the services offered therein can freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide their personal data through the forms enabled. as the case may be.

3. REGISTRATION AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

All personal data registered by Users on the Website are provided by Users, who make use of their freedom, voluntarily and consciously. The stored information comprises basic data entered

through contact forms or other similar ones.

It is possible that HUWAU collects personal information for the identification of Users through various methods, such as when Users visit the Site, fill out a form to obtain a
